Our sauerkraut is gently fermented together with aromatic juniper berries and fine bay leaves and – very importantly – is not pasteurized.

In this way, we not only preserve the crunchy texture and fine, complex acidity, but also all the living cultures and valuable vitamins. A real superfood that impresses with its purity, spicy herbal note and unadulterated taste. You can taste the craftsmanship in every forkful.
